How to Register   1. Use  the electronic registration form.              If not succeeded, please use the pdf version of registration form. 2. Fill in  all items and select appropriate fees and events you participate.                Press Submit button and you will get summary of your registration. 3. Print  the summary page and  fill in  total amount and other required               information. 4. Fax or mail  the summary page to the Secretariat. Please note that there are separate fees for the Congress and the Midnight Sun Symposium

*  The student's fee is applicable to those born after January 1, 1973. A photocopy of your passport
    should be send with the registration form to the secretariat.
** One-day fee does not include the social program.

Cancellation

Cancellation of participation must be notified in writing. Cancellations received by the Congress Secretariat before May 1, 2003 will be refunded after deducting €30 for administrative charges.

No refunds will be made after May 1, 2003.
