Language
The official language of both the Congress and the Midnight
Sun Symposium is English.
Badges
All registrant will be issued with badges, which must be worn
to gain admission to the scientific sessions and social functions.
Certificate of Attendance
Participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance
at the venues.
Visas
Citizens of most countries will not require a visa to enter
Finland for a short-term stay. For details, please contact
the Finnish Embassy or Consulate General nearest to your residency,
or visit http://formin.finland.fi/english/
Letter of Invitation
On request, the Congress Secretariat will provide a Letter
of Invitation to facilitate participant's travel and visa
arrangement. An invitation does not imply any commitment on
the part of organizer to provide any financial support.
Exhibition
A technical and product exhibition will be arranged during
the Congress and the Symposium. For further information please
contact the Organizing Committee.
Currency
The currency of Finland is the Euro (EUR) which divides into
100 cents.
Personal Insurance
The congress registration fee does not include insurance.
Participants are responsible for their own insurance. Health
and accident insurance is strongly recommended and should
be purchased in your country of origin.
