Early registration

Preregistration is strongly recommended, for collection and distribution of registration materials and for participants' convenience. On-site registration will be possible during the Conference.

To take advantage of the early registration rate, return the enclosed registration form with your payment to the Conference Secretariat. Either mail or fax your registration form. To avoid duplicate charges, do not do both. No forms will be accepted without payment.

Refund policy

A letter requesting the refund should state the preregistrant's name and mailing address, and to whom the check should be made payable. The letter should be mailed or faxed to the Conference Secretariat by May 2, 1999. 50 DEM will be charged for processing refunds. No requests for refunds will be considered after May 2. For requests received after this date, preregistrants will be mailed the conference proceedings in lieu of refund.

Audiovisual Equipment

The meeting rooms will contain the following audiovisual equipment:

Overhead projector

35 mm slide projector

Requests for additional audiovisual equipment must be made to the Conference Secretariat by March 28, 1999

Exhibition

Commercial exhibition will be held in conjunction with the 11th NBCBME. Sufficient time will be allowed for all participants to visit the exhibition. Afternoon time on Tuesday, June 8 is reserved for the presentations of exhibitors. For information on exhibiting, please contact the Conference Secretariat.
